Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiseTech("SiseTech", "we", "us"), available at sisetech.site. By creating an account or using our API, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SiseTech provides a self-serve API that returns publicly available online-marketplace listing data (such as title, price, and location) as structured JSON. The service is sold to developers and businesses on a pay-per-result basis using prepaid credits.

2. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• use the data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws (including data-protection and intellectual-property laws);
• comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform whose publicly available data you access through the service;
• not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw service in a way that competes with us; and
• not use the service to send spam, harass individuals, or process special-category personal data unlawfully.

You are solely responsible for how you use the data returned by the service.

4. Credits & billing

Access is metered in credits, purchased in prepaid packs. Credits are consumed per result returned, at the per-agent rate shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for your purchase. Credits do not expire. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Availability & changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Third-party sources may change or restrict access at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or accuracy of results. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiseTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the acceptable-use section above.
